Another day...
Having just finished kvetching about leaving work till the last minute, do you think I did anything today? Nope. Note a bit of it. It isn't as though I have anything due in the next two weeks, and I was kinda usefull... After staying up crazy late to read over S's stuff, I slept till about one. We played with the Maya-dog for a bit - she destroyed a frisbee, stole a tennis ball, lost the ball and generally seemed surprised that we weren't running. From there I just did my thursday night ninja work for a while. M came over and we watched a movie and had dinner - she's having a rough time of it lately with some bastard friends, so I offered safe haven and a back rub. Once she left it was back to ninja-ness till now... But did I do any school work? Did I study anything? Did I so much as pick up a book? ha. what a joke. |

Someone's sig
One of the e-mails I received today, that didn't have to do with someone hoping I will accept millions into my bank account from some other country, had this as a sig and I really like it: "The future is an infinite succession of presents, and to live now as we think human beings should live, in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself a marvelous victory." (Howard Zinn) |

pass it on
Although this is on Chris' blog, and I suspect only K and C read this and doubt K's interest in the subject, I think everyone shoud read what Neal Stephenson has to say to /. Stephenson responds with wit and humour |
