Fuck am I unimpressed

So, I spoke to a bunch of contractors about the holes, the leak and the water damage and they all said (without looking at it) that the walls should be removed and replaced. Two property managers came for a gander today and wound up calling the super to look at it. They don’t think the walls need to be replaced. Just patched and painted. And they claimed not to notice the smell. The carpet cleaner is coming tomorrow morning. While I sincerely hope that gets rid of the smell, I kinda doubt it. The newer of the property managers at least had the sense to question how so much water came thru our walls if the problem was caused by a simple tub leak in the suite above. Oh, and the super finally admitted that he forgot about us because he had company on the first night/morning of the problem.

Ugh. Why are the property managers so cheap? Oh. Because they're cheap and lazy. Bastards!
