These last couple of nights I’ve been working out when I finish work. It’s the only time it is cool enough now, and I’m really noticing how much my body bugs me. I know it’s crazy to say that after eating a bunch of ice cream, but I don’t believe in turning away other people’s generosity. I’ve been cutting back on junk food in general, so that was a nice treat. Regardless, I’m really annoyed by my belly. I know that I need to do cardio and ab work (which bores me like nothing else) but it seems to be the slowest to change. I find that pilates doesn’t tire me out enough to feel really worked, but I still have to use the modified version for most of the exercises because I compensate with my back. Any tips on how to change this would be appreciated. ffice
